Asheville
Purple Pages
The Asheville Purple Pages is the only gay friendly business
telephone directory in North Carolina, covering the entire
Asheville Metro Area which includes all of Buncombe, Haywood,
Henderson and Madison Counties. Almost everyone in the LGBT
community has been discriminated against at one time or another.
It doesn't feel very good, and we try to avoid it whenever
possible. The Purple Pages provides a service that breaks
down the barrier of discrimination and homophobia, allowing
the LGBT community to "skip the stress" by going
directly to the businesses that support it. Our goal is to
provide our readers with a quality, up-to-date, accurate and
comprehensive guide to gay and gay-friendly businesses. Our
reward is knowing that gay dollars are being spent with those
that empower our diverse community.
